How to fill in prescription of lenses information
- OD- right eye
- OS- left eye
- SPH (Sphere)--- negative(-) for nearsighted; positive (+) for farsighted.
- Cylinder(CYL)- astigmatism
- Axis- if you have astigmatism correction, the axis data is required.
- Pupilary distance (PD)--- Required data. The distance beween your eye pupils.
* ATTENTION: Pls double check OD& OS data. OD for right eye; OS for left eye. Negative for nearsight; Positive for farsight!The mistaken of data will directly affect your wearing experience.

- It has ADD data, sone perscriptioins will wirte as NV.
